Our Role as Your Process Server

As your process server, we are responsible for serving the documents you give us and for completing an accurate Proof of Service. We are not responsible for choosing your legal forms or for whether the court accepts them.

What we are responsible for:

Serving the documents exactly as you provide them
Serving them in a legally valid manner — personal service, substituted service, or mail where permitted
Completing an accurate Proof of Service that correctly states the documents served, the date, time, method of service, and the person served

What we are not responsible for:

Deciding which forms you should use
Guaranteeing the court accepts the documents
Giving legal advice about what should be filed
E-filing your case documents (that is normally the filing party's responsibility)
