The western IE is a fast-growing band of cities straddling the San Bernardino–Riverside county line, from the logistics corridors of Ontario and Fontana to newer gated communities in Eastvale and Chino Hills. Our founder lived in both Chino and Chino Hills, so the western Inland Empire is home ground — not an abstract service area. Because the region crosses two separate court systems, knowing which county a matter belongs to is half the job.

San Bernardino's 1926 courthouse and Riverside's 1903 courthouse both still anchor their county seats today — a reminder that these two court systems have served the Inland Empire for generations. Modern civil and criminal matters are now handled at the San Bernardino Justice Center, the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse, and Riverside's Hall of Justice and Historic Courthouse — all listed below.

Our Standards

We GPS-document every attempt, include four attempts as standard, and prepare court-ready proofs of service for filing in either Riverside or San Bernardino County. Rush and same-day service are available subject to scheduling, and all methods comply with the California Code of Civil Procedure.

In the Inland Empire we focus on family law, civil, and small claims service — family law petitions and restraining orders, small claims summonses, and civil summons and complaints, subpoenas, and related court documents — for attorneys, businesses, and individuals. From warehouse and logistics districts to new gated communities and dense residential neighborhoods, we know where service gets difficult and how to complete it correctly.

How does service work?

Tell us who needs to be served, where, and your deadline. We attempt service promptly — and when a case requires it, make repeated good-faith attempts on different days and at different times. When service is complete, you receive a properly executed proof of service ready to file. Rush service is available when a filing date won't wait.

Service is performed by a California-registered process server and documented to current standards. California's new SPARE Act (AB 747), effective January 1, 2027, raises the bar on service documentation — requiring photo and GPS proof and a defined three-attempt diligence standard. Which county are Corona and Norco in? Riverside County — those matters are generally heard at the Riverside courthouses, not San Bernardino.
